Centerpiece of the large property is the elegant Earl’s Dyke Manor, a grand original Manor House dating back to 1929. It has a wonderful feel with its dark wood, paintings, wooden floors, cozy plush lounges and grand terrace above the manicured gardens overlooking the Atlantic.
Large choice of generously spaced rooms: heritage and colonial style in the Manor House – or contemporary in either the Deck House with its large private wooden decks or The Villa with modern lines and plenty of sunlight. The Deck House and the Villa are located on the other side of a small ravine and connected to the Manor House by a hanging bridge.
The Retreat features 3 pools (one of which is a mountain pool with water from a small fresh water stream), a spa, tennis court and a restaurant with copious old world charm in the Earl’s Dyke Manor. And of course five very friendly dogs who are “part of the furniture”.
The Camps Bay Retreat is within walking distance of the stunning Camps Bay and Glen Beaches as well as numerous restaurants and bars.
