Rhino Post Safari Lodge
also called the Main Camp, is situated at the southern end of a 12,000 hectare private wilderness concession inside the Kruger National Park, and shares a 15km unfenced boundary with the famous Mala Mala and Sabi Sand reserve.
The concession is noted as an excellent game viewing area and an abundance of wildlife including the Big Five move freely between the reserves.
The lodge is set on the banks of a riverbed and features 8 luxurious suites.
Each suite is built in an open plan style with wooden floors, thatched roofs, canvas walls and a ceiling fan and includes a spacious bedroom with impressive views of the riverbed from the bathroom, outdoor shower and decked patio.
The lodge also boasts a pool to refresh during the hot days, a cozy fireplace and bar.
Rhino Post Safari Lodge offers both early morning and evening game drives.
To preserve the wilderness concession, no off-road driving is practiced, however Rhino Post is allowed to utilize 170km of Kruger National Park roads after gate closing time.
From the Main Camp guests can travel to the more basic Plains Camp (or also called Rhino Walking Safari’s Camp).
